Organic T-Shirt Dress

Organic T-Shirt Dress

The perfect outfit for early spring. This informal maxi has a very natural feel to it. Although it is not a typical piece, it feels so easy & effortless to wear. It highlights your bodies curves while also disguising your bust & midsection making it a great little number for curvy-on-top ladies.

The fabric is oh-so-soft & the perfect dress to slip into for a day of errands. Or even a casual Friday at the office.

Happy Monday!

Don’t like to break the bank but love those expensive standout outfits?? Focus on a single statement piece. A great necklace, or scarf can turn a plain tank & shorts into a fabulous outfit!

We wanted to show how simple it was to create a noticeable outfit with minimal effort – so Rachel stuck to black/white/grey colours & basic pieces. The addition of a well-made scarf with a great print completely brought these basics to life!

The same would go for a simple pair of jeans & a plain tee… add a statement necklace for an instant eye-turner without breaking the bank OR trying too hard. We love to be as effortless as possible!

Hello Lovelies : )

Here’s a simple spring outfit that’s fun & easy! Floral is super in right now, so have fun with it!! The brighter & more fun, the better! Rachel’s rocking a pastel floral outfit composed of the most loveable pug shirt & cute little short-brim hat.

The hat is so cute on & it’ll be perfect for those casual summer days when she wants to look toss her hair up & still look fabulous.

Anyone who loves printed shirts… this top is extra adorable in person! It has all kinds of little trinkets sewn onto it & it’s like a little bouquet of awesome!

We’re still dreaming of spring here in the Great White North… only another month or so to go!!

OOTD: 50’s swing style

I’ve been trying to get Rachel to buy one of these skirts forever! They are amazingly fabulous on her curvy figure. She should wear skirts like these every single day haha.

Tip: You have to understand your body type in order to wear clothes to highlight your body in the best ways possible. For example, I have a very straight-down build with not a lot of waist or hip, so this skirt would sit wide at my waist and flare out even wider from there. It’s an adorable skirt, but it will only work for curvy or petite women.

Dress your body right ladies! Everyone can look amazing : ) you just have to find the right clothes, fits, and styles for you!

Top: reversible seamless tank in black

OOTD: tribal maxi skirt

Rachel came to visit me at work today looking stunning (as usual). I had to feature her fabulous outfit in my OOTD.

The skirt is funky, comfortable, casual, and has a sexy little side slit! Rachel paired it with her cross-back tee which matched the pattern on the skirt perfectly.

We have decided that this outfit reminds us of our nerdy days playing WoW. It’s very similar to a shaman’s outfit ! Haha this made us love the whole look even more !

Polka ‘Dottie’

Polka Dots

This beautiful top looks great if you’re curvy!  It hits all the right places, plus it’s silky soft.

Rachel paired it with her dark wash Pilcro’s and a gorgeous pair of freebird boots!  It’s a really pretty vintage-y look.  The top is an off-white and looks less harsh than true white/black pieces.

Rachel was looking super cute today in her new outfit! This is the same dress from the ‘Spring Dress’ post. She bought the dress & belt in-store, and the sandals are from Anthropologie online.

She’s very brave, given it was -25 again today! Why do we live here again..? I can never remember.

We’re dreaming of spring : )
